Dayton, OH – March 3, 2003 -- Profound Logic Software Inc. will participate at the COMMON Spring Conference and Exposition March 9th through March 14th 2003. The company will occupy booth number 723 at the exhibition hall and will provide briefings and demonstrations of new RPG Application development technology.
On Sunday March 9th between 3:00 and 3:30 PM local time Profound Logic Software will hold a Press Conference to announce the release of RPG Smart Pages (RPGsp).
RPG
Smart Pages (RPGsp) is an INTERGATED, RPG centric, WEB Application
Development platform that integrates a simple but powerful HTML "drag
and drop" browser page designer with a Windows based RPG Editor.
RPGsp will enable an RPG Programmer to create Web Applications with a
minimum knowledge of HTML while continuing to write RPG code for all business
logic within a single development environment.
During this year's Spring COMMON conference, Profound Logic Software will
also announce the release of a second new product RPG Alive GUI.
RPG Alive GUI is a natural evolution from SEU to a Windows based RPG editing environment. One example of the product's windows-based capabilities is the interactive compiler. Once a program is compiled, the error messages are listed within a graphical compiler-output window and with one click you can go directly to the line of code where the error occurred. Error messages may be sorted by message ID, severity, or line number; thus streamlining the process over the traditional spool file method.
An evaluation download of RPG Alive GUI and RPG Smart Pages is available at:
