Dayton, OH – October 31, 2003 -- Profound Logic Software, today, released a new shopping cart component based on RPG Smart Pages. Customers can implement the shopping cart in their web environments by customizing the application to their needs using ILE RPG and HTML code. The shopping cart is packaged with the RPGsp development environment.

The shopping cart supports unlimited levels of product categories, and contains standard Browse, Search, Buy, View Cart, Update Cart, Delete from Cart, Clear Cart, Check Out functionalities.

It also features a Special Items section and template-based Home, Company Info, Contact Us sections.

The code is provided as a ".rpgsp" file, which can be maintained within the RPGsp IDE.
